4 Days Rwanda Gorilla trekking to Volcanoes National Park and Bisoke Hike takes you to Volcanoes Rwanda National Park for gorilla trekking and later you will hike Mount Bisoke to the summit.

Volcanoes National Park is not only home to the mountain gorillas but also golden monkeys, spotted hyenas, buffaloes, elephants, black-fronted duikers, and bushbucks. There are also 178 bird species, including 29 endemics from Rwenzori and Virunga.

Day 01 :

Arrival in Kigali & Volcanoes National Park

On the first day of your 4 Days Rwanda Gorilla Trekking and Bisoke Hike safari, you will be met at Kigali International Airport by your Jewel Safaris guide. After a brief Kigali city tour and lunch, you will drive approximately 2 hours to Volcanoes National Park. Upon arrival at your lodge, you may choose to rest or visit a nearby community to learn about local traditions. Overnight at preferred accommodation.

Day 02 :

Gorilla Tracking – Volcanoes National Park

After breakfast, transfer to Volcanoes NP headquarters for a briefing. A ranger guide will lead you on the gorilla trekking adventure. Tracking can take from a few minutes up to several hours, depending on gorilla movements. After the trek, enjoy lunch in Ruhengeri and, time permitting, tour the scenic lakes in the region. Overnight at your lodge.

Day 03 :

Hiking the Bisoke Volcano (3,711 m)

After an early breakfast, transfer to Bisoke basecamp for briefing. Begin the climb, which takes 3–6 hours depending on fitness, and enjoy the crater lake at the summit. Descend (1–2 hours) and later drive back to Kigali. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 04 :

Kigali City Tour & Departure

After breakfast, enjoy a guided Kigali city tour with visits to key sites. You will then be transferred to Kigali International Airport for your flight.
